By 2030, the University of Graz aims to build up its strategic participation in carbon storage in agricultural and forestry soils, forests and wetlands together with practice partners in Austria. Through research and close research-practice cooperation, farmers, foresters and other organizations will be supported in making a nature-friendly contribution to the removal of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere, in addition to focusing on emissions reduction.
